We very much enjoyed staying in your wonderful Nice apartment from 19th - 26th July and will be glad to recommend it to others. Notwithstanding the fact that my younger daughter had a leg in plaster cast following an accident earlier during our holidays (near Perpignan) and we were constrained slightly in where we could go and see, the one very definite high point was your apartment. It lived up to its description and our expectations whereas regrettably other accommodation we booked on the web did not. Thank you for that.

Dear Matt and Sarah,
Thank you for renting us your apartment from 6th - 9th August. We had a truly wonderful time, the apartment is great. It is spacious and well equipped and comes supplied with information on anything you could possibly think to ask. It truly is central, in the most perfect spot for enjoying all that Nice has to offer; from nipping to the early morning fish market, hitting the beach, the shops and restaurants, or simply wandering around the old town when the heat becomes just a little too much! Joy came to meet us and was very friendly. We spent the past week in another apartment which also claimed to be "central", mmm ...in comparison to yours it certainly was not!
Once again, thank you for a lovely stay in the heart of Nice, we all feel wonderfully rested.

We have had a lovely time staying at your apartment in Nice.  We thought Nice was a wonderful place and although we have visited France many times this was our first visit to Nice and we will definitely be back.  Your apartment was everything we had hoped for and we were all very impressed.
